01 Banana

02 Oat Milk

03 Apple

04 Flax Seed

Blend all ingredients excep flax seed


To ensure a good blend try to use a high powered blender such as a Vitamix or Nutri Bullet

Add in Flax Seed


You can use whole or ground flax seed.  You will be better able to digest the ground flax seeds, but whole gives you a great fiber boost
