- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds save some to stir in, if desired
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or nondairy yogurt
- 3/4-1 cup almond milk start with less and add more as needed
- 1-2 tsp honey or agave nectar optional
Place all ingredients in blender, reserving some arils if desired.
Blend on high power until smooth.
Stir in any reserved arils.
