  • 1 blender high powered is best

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds save some to stir in, if desired
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or nondairy yogurt
  • 3/4-1 cup almond milk start with less and add more as needed
  • 1-2 tsp honey or agave nectar optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender, reserving some arils if desired.
  • Blend on high power until smooth.
  • Stir in any reserved arils.
  • Enjoy!
