  • 1 can Red Bull
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • small handful spinach (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
