Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (can sub frozen)
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If using all frozen fruit, you will have to adjust the amount of liquid in the recipe.  If your smoothie is too thin, add more frozen fruit.  If it is too thick, add more liquid.
