- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Soak chia seeds in just enough water to cover for at least 10 minutes to soften.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
