  • 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or unflavored protein powder with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
