Paleo Blueberry Smoothie
Enjoy a delicious and easy breakfast or snack with this paleo blueberry smoothie recipe.

- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup cashew milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ice (optional, if using all fresh fruit)
Add all ingredients to blender, including ice if using all fresh fruit.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
