Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup cashew milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ice (optional, if using all fresh fruit)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender, including ice if using all fresh fruit.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
