(or 2 cups frozen mango chunks)

chia seeds

banana
(fresh or frozen)

coconut milk
Instructions
If soaking chia seeds, add to coconut milk and soak at least 10 minutes.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
