2pasteurized egg whites(or 1 scoop egg white protein powder)
1mediumfrozen banana
1cupblueberries(fresh or frozen)
1cupcoconut milk(add more as needed)
1Tbspoats
1/2tspcinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.

Notes
If you are using egg white protein powder or all frozen fruit, you may need to add more liquid. Start with 1 cup and add more in 1/4 cup increments until desired consistency is reached.
