  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup soaked oats
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp pistachios (shelled)
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Start by soaking your oats overnight. This will help to break down the phytic acid and make them easier to digest. (This is optional - you can add the oats straight to the blender if you prefer)
  • In the morning, add the soaked oats, matcha powder, dates, banana, pistachios, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
