- 1 medium banana (frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2-1 cup oat milk
Add all ingredients to blender, using more oat milk if using frozen fruit and less for fresh fruit.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
