  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small apple (cored)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 kiwi (peeled)
  • 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Garnish with pineapple or cucumber slices and enjoy!
