Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 Tbsp oats
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, adding more oat milk if necessary.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

The amount of oat milk you will need will depend upon if you are using fresh or frozen fruit and the quality of your blender.
Start with the recommended amount and adjust as needed.
