Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana (frozen)
  • 1 handful spinach (start with less if you aren't used to greens)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you’re using a fresh banana, you may need to add a little bit of ice to get the desired consistency.
If you’re using a frozen banana, you shouldn’t need to add anything.
This smoothie is best enjoyed right away, but if you need to make it ahead of time, you can store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Just be sure to give it a good shake or stir before drinking.
