- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 medium apple (cored)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Add liquid if necessary to blend - this is a thick smoothie.
