Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 medium apple (cored)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Add liquid if necessary to blend - this is a thick smoothie.
  • Enjoy!
