Ingredients
  

  • banana frozen
  • 1/4 cup berries any kind, fresh or frozen
  • 1-2 dates pitted
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 1 Tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender, starting with 1 cup milk and blend until smooth.
  • Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Top with topping of choice and enjoy!
