- 1 large apple (cored)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 avocado (pitted)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup oat milk
- chia seeds (optional)
Add all ingredients except chia seeds to blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds. Enjoy!
