Ingredients
  

  • 1 large apple (cored)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado (pitted)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except chia seeds to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds. Enjoy!
