  • 2 cups watermelon chunks cubed
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 3-5 mint leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water


  • Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If desired, add sweetener to taste.
  • Drink as is or pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a refreshing and healthy snack or dessert!
