  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 scoop low carb protein (we used unflavored collagen)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
