Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (regular or powdered)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana with a fork until it's as smooth as possible.
  • Add the mashed banana, almond milk, and peanut butter to your shaker cup.
  • Secure the lid and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you want a sweeter smoothie. Shake again to combine.
  • Enjoy your smoothie straight from the cup or pour it into a glass.
