  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (coconut flavored - we love Chobani)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional: we like unflavored or banana)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
