Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother is best)
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Pour water into glass.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey.
  • Stir well and enjoy!
