  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1-2 celery ribs (to taste, I prefer 1)
  • 2 cups water (or liquid of choice)
  • 2 green apples (cored)
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root (peeled)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
