Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber (or one mini cucumber)
  • 1/2 avocado (peeled)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • If you like your smoothies thicker, add some ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
