  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Peel garlic clove and add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
