  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 ripe pear (cored)
  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the pear smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
