Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh papaya (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 medium kiwis (peeled)
  • 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup greens such as lettuce, kale or spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more coconut water to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
