Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant based yogurt or milk)
  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats (or steel cut)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, adding liquid if needed to blend.
  • Enjoy!
