Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

My favorite way to drink this smoothie is to crumble up a graham cracker or two and place the crumbs in the bottom of my glass, then fill with smoothie. You get pieces of "crust" as you drink the smoothei and it's a real treat!
I will also add a touch of almond milk whipped cream (from the can) and a bit more graham cracker crumbs to the top when this is my dessert.  Yum!
