  • 1/2 cup green cabbage
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste if needed - add lemon juice to reduce sweetness, add honey, agave or maple syrup to make sweeter, or add an additional sweet fruit.
