  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add oats to blender and blend into powder (or soak overnight).
  • Add rest of ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth.
