Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large granny smith apple cored and sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • If you find that the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • We like our smoothies on the tart side, but if you prefer yours to be sweeter, add a little honey or agave nectar to taste.
  • Enjoy!
