Sour Apple Smoothie
Enjoy a healthy smoothie made with delicious green apples.

- 1 large granny smith apple cored and sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium frozen banana
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
If you find that the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
We like our smoothies on the tart side, but if you prefer yours to be sweeter, add a little honey or agave nectar to taste.
