- 1 large apple (cored and sliced)
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup vanilla oat milk
Start by adding the liquid to your blender.
Add the banana, apples and peanut butter and blend until smooth.
Add the oats and cinnamon and blend again until everything is combined.
