  • 1 large apple (cored and sliced)
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup vanilla oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the liquid to your blender.
  • Add the banana, apples and peanut butter and blend until smooth.
  • Add the oats and cinnamon and blend again until everything is combined.
  • Enjoy!
