1-2Tbspchia seeds(start with less and work your way up)
1tsplime juice(or lemon juice)
1tsphoney(or other natural sweetener)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and stir well.
Allow to soak at least 15 minutes and preferably 30 before drinking.
Try to drink 30 minutes before your meal so you have time to feel full.

If you don't want to use honey, feel free to substitute any natural sweetener you like.I've tried liquid stevia with great success in this recipe in place of the honey.
