Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup skim milk or nondairy milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can also keep the graham crackers out of the blender and either place them in the bottom of the glass for some texture or sprinkle on top of the smoothie.
I prefer to do this so they don't get blended up, but you can definitely put them in the blender as written.
