  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Add greens and oats to blender with oat milk and blend.
  • Add rest of ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth.
