  • 1/3 cup pineapple
  • 1 medium celery stalk chopped
  • 1/4 fresh lemon seeds removed
  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed to achieve desired consistency.
