Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mango
  • 3 cups chopped pineapple
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This smoothie makes 2 larger servings.  If you want to save the extra, either freeze it for smoothie pops or place it in a shaker cup and give it a good shake later in the day. It's best when consumed within 24 hours of blending.
