Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup cooked beetroot
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/4 cup mango fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the banana, mango, kale, almond milk and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the cooked beetroot and blend again until smooth.
  • Add more or less liquid to reach desired consistency.
  • Enjoy as is or top with shredded coconut, chia seeds or almond butter.
