- 1/4 cup cooked beetroot
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/4 cup mango fresh or frozen
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add the banana, mango, kale, almond milk and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the cooked beetroot and blend again until smooth.
Add more or less liquid to reach desired consistency.
Enjoy as is or top with shredded coconut, chia seeds or almond butter.
