Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup spinach
  • 3 Tbsp oats
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 2 cups cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
