  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats


  • Add the liquid to your blender
  • Add the softest ingredients, which would be the yogurt and honey
  • Add fresh or frozen fruit
  • Add oats
  • Blend on high until smoothie is creamy. Add liquid if needed to thin.
