Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup peaches frozen (or 2 ripe peaches)
  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 vanilla bean scraped (or 1/2 tsp alcohol-free extract)
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger (or 1/8 tsp powdered)
  • 8 oz almond milk plain or vanilla

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place spinach into blender.
  • 2. Add all other ingredients except liquid.
  • 3. Add almond milk.
  • 4. Blend!

Notes

If your blender is having a hard time blending, try adding greens and liquid first, blend, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
