  • 2 cup watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup spinach 15g or 0.5 oz fresh
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cup filtered water


  • Place spinach in blender.
  • Add watermelon, strawberries and banana.
  • Add water.
  • Blend until smooth.


This is my preferred way of making a smoothie. If you are having trouble blending, try adding the greens and liquid first, blend and then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
